VerifyMe, Inc. (Nasdaq: VRME) and blockchain infrastructure company Open World Ltd. have signed a merger agreement aimed at creating a leading provider in the digital asset and tokenization space. The combined company will focus on token listings, regulated digital asset infrastructure, and institutional-grade real-world asset (RWA) tokenization. The merger is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026. The combined company is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under a new ticker symbol.
