Singapore has seized RMB 2.7 billion in assets from Prince Chen Zhi Group
The Singapore Police Force issued an announcement revealing that it has arrested three Singaporeans suspected of money laundering cases related to the Prince Group from November last year to January this year, and has issued an arrest warrant for another Singaporean woman, Chen Xiuling. The total value of Singapore assets seized or prohibited from disposal related to this case has so far exceeded 500 million Singapore dollars (approximately 2.7 billion yuan).The analysis pointed out that Singapore has a highly developed digital financial environment and a large number of high-net-worth people, and it is also a hotbed for fraud.Locally, fraud has escalated into a crime powered by artificial intelligence and blockchain, with total losses exceeding S$1.1 billion in 2024.
